The forest is a mysteriously beautiful place. Capturing a scene in oil paint like this is something I've wanted to do for a long time, but simply couldn't put the pieces together. More recently I've been spending time in the forests again and it's inspired me to revisit this idea. The result is my newest painting that I'm sharing with you today which I titled "Deep Within".
